Quality Control Workflow

Peptides are synthesized to the specified sequence and isolated. Crude product is purified to targeted purity levels >99%.
2. RP-HPLC Purity Check
Each batch is run using reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) to confirm percentage purity and identify major byproducts or contamination.
3. LC-MS Identity Confirmation
Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry confirms molecular weight and expected fragmentation pattern, validating that the peptide is what it claims to be.
4. Lyophilization & Fill
Material is lyophilized (freeze-dried) into individual sterile vials for consistency and stability.
5. Final Visual / Physical Inspection
Physical appearance is checked (color, homogeneity, particulate). Each vial is labeled with product name, catalog number, and lot ID.
