Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Methods & Tracking
We ship via common carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Tracking information is provided when available.
FOB Shipping Point / Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to the Buyer upon delivery of the goods to the common carrier.
Customs, Imports, and Seizures
Buyer is solely responsible for confirming legality of import/possession in their jurisdiction. We are not responsible for customs seizures or holds.
Carrier Delays
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Damaged or Missing Items
If an order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
