7. Shipping, Risk of Loss, and Customs

• FOB Shipping Point: Title to the goods and risk of loss pass to the Buyer upon delivery of the goods to the common carrier (USPS/UPS/FedEx).
• Seizures: Novus Peptides is not responsible for packages seized by Customs or law enforcement. It is the Buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure the products are legal to import.
• Delays: We are not liable for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

8. Return and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of research chemicals and the risk of degradation or contamination:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged/Missing Items: If an order arrives damaged or incomplete, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Replacements are issued at the sole discretion of Novus Peptides.

Chargebacks: Any unauthorized chargebacks will result in a permanent ban from our site and may be reported to credit bureaus or collections agencies.
